My Story

The way back to myself.

A long letter, not a bio. Shaped by Thailand, the Red Centre of Australia, Oaxaca, and the long road home — a life lived between cultures, learning to come back to myself.

Where I begin

As someone who spent years overworking, people-pleasing, and looking for worth outside of myself, I discovered that real transformation starts when you stop abandoning yourself.

Now I'm on a mission to help ambitious people reconnect with who they are, trust themselves, and create lives and relationships that feel aligned.

I · The Ordinary World

From the outside, my life looked "successful." I had a house, a car, and a job. Inside, I was living in survival mode. No matter how many hours I worked, my bank account was empty, my energy drained, my spirit broken.

I was stuck in toxic relationships, drinking to escape, and surrounding myself with people who weren't nourishing my soul. I felt lost, blind, and exhausted. At my lowest, I questioned whether I even wanted to continue.

II · The Call

Even in those dark moments, something inside me whispered: there has to be more to life than this. My intuition, my faith, and the encouragement of friends kept me going.

I longed for freedom, for meaning, for a path that was truly mine. The ocean, simple food, and fleeting glimpses of beauty reminded me there was still something worth fighting for.

III · Crossing the Threshold

The breakthrough came when I hit rock bottom — no money, no stability, no relationship worth saving. With $14 left in my account, I was tired of counting pennies and tired of surviving. I was done playing small and giving my power to jobs, people, and patterns that didn't serve me. That's when I chose to step into the unknown.

IV · Guides & Trials

I found guides along the way. A life coach helped me see the patterns I was repeating, taught me to release with gratitude, and reminded me of my strength. Later, during my travels, a mindset coach pushed me past my limiting beliefs, held me accountable, and helped me execute my vision.

The hardest trials weren't external — they were internal. Letting go of toxic attachments, facing my traumas, and admitting how far I had abandoned myself. I had always taken care of others. I had forgotten to take care of me.

V · The Dark Night

For months I lived out of a suitcase in my car, bouncing between storage units and friends' couches. I worked multiple jobs just to eat. The life I had sacrificed so much for had crumbled. I was tired of suffering, tired of being blind in the darkness. That was my breaking point — and my turning point.

VI · The Revelation

I booked a one-way ticket and left. It felt reckless — what business did I have running away with no money? But deep down I knew movement is medicine. On the islands of Thailand, I immersed myself in meditation, breathwork, and nourishing food. I learned to free dive, to trust my breath, and to surrender control.

The road kept teaching me. The silence of Australia's Red Centre. The slow mornings in small fishing towns. Conversations across languages I didn't speak. Each place pulled a layer off and reminded me of something I'd forgotten.

For the first time in years, I felt peace.

VII · The Transformation

Through meditation retreats, silence, breath, and time spent inside cultures very different from my own, I healed my nervous system. I realized I didn't need much — just myself, clarity, and community. My spirituality and gratitude grew roots. I stopped numbing and started living. Even when I didn't believe in myself, my coaches reminded me I was capable of creating anything.

VIII · The Return

When I came back, I knew I could never go back to my old life. I eventually moved to Mexico, where I found affordability, community, and space to grow. In Oaxaca I connected with deep, ancestral healing — plant medicine, ceremony, breath, and the quiet teachers who hold it. I got certified in breathwork and began guiding others. I took all the pain, the lessons, the cultures, and the tools that saved me — and turned them into a way to serve.

IX · The Gift

Now, as a mindset coach and breathwork facilitator shaped by years of travel, cultures, and self-study, I help others return to themselves. I guide people to uncover their blocks, reconnect with their inner power, and learn to breathe through life's challenges. Healing isn't about fixing — it's about forgiving yourself, finding presence, and creating better problems from a higher frequency.

Why I do this

I went from $14 in my account, drained and broken, to a life of alignment, freedom, and service. My mission now is to help others find their own spark, their own breath, and their own way back home to themselves.

What I believe

Six values underneath everything I make.

  • 01

    Self-Trust

The answers we seek often already exist within us.

  • 02

    Authenticity

Living in alignment with who we truly are, not who others expect us to be.

  • 03

    Presence

Transformation happens when we fully meet ourselves in the present moment.

  • 04

    Courage

Growth requires difficult conversations, honest reflection, and brave action.

  • 05

    Compassion

Healing happens through understanding, not self-judgment.

  • 06

    Alignment

Success means a life that feels good on the inside, not just one that looks good on the outside.
